As a firm that has committed to remaining a boutique, we are cautious about our growth but we are also risk-takers in our ideas and business model. ARGroup broke industry standards by pioneering the practice of fees determined solely on the outcome of our work. In the 1990’s, we began charging flat fees for a guaranteed service—a far cry from the hourly model of our competitors.
